FMS offers a 12 month fellowship in Primary Care Sports Medicine to develop a well rounded family and sports medicine physician who can provide a community with the expertise to promote physical exercise and care for athletes and other active individuals.
This is an ACGME accredited program leading to eligibility to pursue a Certificate of Added Qualification (CAQ) in Sports Medicine. The program includes a wide variety of training experience including professional sports team coverage, community sports events, university and high school team physician responsibilities and a broad range of clinical experience.
A generous benefit package includes medical, dental and malpractice insurance, CME time and money, and an annualized salary of $57,960.
